This open source curriculum will always be growing and improving. If you experience technical challenges or problems during use, please contact Conservation X Labs to report the problem. Please refer to the Troubleshooting guide below for some common problems. As always, Conservation X Labs invites constructive feedback to make your experience, or the experience of your students, more enjoyable.

ProblemPossible cause and remedy
Links to news and/or academic journal articles are requiring me to pay a subscription fee.We built this toolkit to be entirely open access, with very few exceptions. Sometimes stories or articles that were once open access or free get placed behind a paywall if ownership of the outlet or journal changes hands.

Solution: Try copying the link and opening it in a private/incognito browser. Try googling the title to see if it is available via another outlet.

I am unable to download course materials.You may have reached your 24 hr Google file download limit or may be out of room on your Google drive.

Solutions: Check your internet connection. Clear your cache. Delete some files to make room or try again in 24 hours.
