| Links to news and/or academic journal articles are requiring me to pay a subscription fee. | We built this toolkit to be entirely open access, with very few exceptions. Sometimes stories or articles that were once open access or free get placed behind a paywall if ownership of the outlet or journal changes hands. Solution: Try copying the link and opening it in a private/incognito browser. Try googling the title to see if it is available via another outlet. | I am unable to download course materials. | You may have reached your 24 hr Google file download limit or may be out of room on your Google drive. Solutions: Check your internet connection. Clear your cache. Delete some files to make room or try again in 24 hours.
